Hi everybody!!!
I just finished watching your video for Paul’s chocolate cake, I loved it, I am going to try it really soon, my question is: Can I substitute regular chocolate by white chocolate? I like how white chocolate tastes in a cake, do you think it would work with this recipe? I guess I just don’t have to put any coffee, should I put anything instead? any suggestions?

Hi Luda

White chocolate wouldn’t be a good substitute for Paul’s recipe as it doesn’t have coco solids to help bind the cake.
