Paul’s chocolate cake gluten-free
I want to have a go at Paul’s chocolate cake with gluten-free flour – has anyone tried this already and was it successful? And can you recommend cooking time for a 4″ square tin (3″ deep) – I can’t imagine it would need the full 2 hours?

We haven’t tried it with gluten free flour, but would expect it to work in exactly the same way. If you do try it, we would be very grateful to hear how things went.

Made the chocolate cake with gluten free flour and it work perfectly
