Hi, does anyone have any idea of the amount of black florist paste used by Paul to make the jimmy choo shoe on his tutorial

I should think 100g would be more than enough for the florist paste and about 50g of black sugar paste for the toe shape. You’ll probably have a little of each left over but it’s better to have more than find you haven’t enough.
