Penny doesn’t say exactly how much but all she has done is added a very tiny amount of black to blue paste to give it the Wedgwood look. It’s best to experiment with about 5g or 10g of blue, add a speck of black and see what it looks like. If it hasn’t done anything, add a tiny bit more until you get the shade you like. It will give you an idea of how black behaves when introduced into another colour. Let the paste rest after each addition of black for about twenty minutes to allow the colour to develop for a truer shade.
