hi im doing the peppa pig cake and wondered what the puddle was made from? is it modelling chocolate or brown sugar paste. also what are the depths of the cakes?

In the video Paul says brown chocolate sugarpaste but in the ingredients list it says modelling chocolate. I would just use which ever you have to hand. The depth of the cakes look approx 3 – 4 inches tall, they always look bigger once decorated. There’s no reason why you can’t make them taller if want.
