Pro course pricing guide question

Probably being a bit dim here – but does the guide used as an example in this course include the ingredient cost/ time for baked from scratch cakes or is it assuming bought in cakes??

The price guide is for cakes made from scratch. Pricing is dealt with in Pro course chapter 3 lesson 3:1 and 3:2
