How do we add a photo to our profile? I notice that the staff have uploaded theirs but I don’t see where to do it?

At the moment you need to use http://en.gravatar.com/ this is a central place to upload a profile picture that will be picked up by any wordpress site and some other sites too. In the future we will add a way to do this within the site.
