Try Global Sugar Art. I seem to remember Alan Tetreault using Sugarflair products but it was some time ago.
If they no longer stock it they may be able to recommend a US distributor. Global Sugar Art has some really beautiful lustres which are more than comparable with Sugarflair. You may be able to get it on the US ebay or Amazon, worth a look.
