Quantities Victoria sponge!

I’m making a Victoria sponge wedding cake. 12″ 9″ and 6″ tins.
My recipe uses:
200g flour, sugar and butter
4eggs
2tsps baking powder. This recipe is for an 8″ round cake. How do I work out how much I need for a 12″,9″ and 6″ tins?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

Hi sophielouise

Here http://www.cakeflix.com/blog/how-to-work-out-what-size-cake-tin-to-use you’ll find how to convert you existing recipe. Use the cakeometre rather than the ready reckoner as it will take into account baking powder which the ready reckoner does not. If you need more help or information please post again.
