Do you have a good recipe for a rainbow cake?

Any sponge cake recipe can be used for a rainbow cake. I use an all in one sponge recipe, try Mary Berry’s all in one victoria sponge. If you want the colours to be really vibrant try a white sponge recipe using egg whites only. I think Ann Reardon from ‘How to cook that’ has a good recipe for white cake, just google her for the youtube video. There’s also a recipe on this site which can be found here:

i am going to do the white sponge cake and the recipe says 350 degrees… MY OVEN IS 250 degrees… i don t know what i am going to do!!

The 350 degrees is in fahrenheit. Is your oven in degrees f or in degrees c?
Normally if a domestic oven goes up to 250 it is in degrees c (celsius)

If your oven is fan assisted reduce the temperature by a further 20 degrees
