Recipe Conversion
I want to use Mrs Jones vanilla cake recipe (from your tutorials) for a cake for my brothers 50th. The board is 30 inches by 18 inches so I’m planning on making lots of tray bakes and stacking it, as it’s a landscape etc. The tray I have is 35cm by 21cm. Can you tell me how to convert?
