Do you have a recipe to make your own Modelling Chocolate instead of buying the ready made products?

Paul uses the Squire’s Kitchen brand but if you’d like to try and make your own here’s a brilliant place to look:

However there are hundreds of recipes online which you can try out. They are all a much or a muchness, they all need tweaking depending on humidity and weather.
