regarding cream icing
respected sir,
i work for a bakery. i need to know the ratio for making cream using powdered sugar and cream margarine.
what should be the consistencency of the mixture on mixing. i ice the cake for about 30% finishing. i want to make it 100%. can youu teach me the same by your online tutorials or videos.
this would be of a great help. i am starter at cakes……. kindly help as i cannot afford expensive classes and there are no in my region. the nearest is 750 kms form my place……
