I am going to make the cute Reindeer decorated cake (the cake shape that is also used as a bear), and Inplan for the cake inside to be fruit and marzipan. Just wondering what the shelf life of this will be please?

The cake itself will last for months. However, the fondant may go hard after three weeks. It will still be edible If a little spikey. I made this cake when it was first published. We ate it in the new year because we were all too full of Christmas cheer.
