do you like using it and why?
Do you find it hard to do?

I think you probably already know my views on using ganache! I’m not a great lover of butter cream so ganache is absolute God send.
Aside from the fact that it tastes fantastic, IMHO, it provides a much neater, sharper and more stable finish than BC.
