Does any no where I would get the same ribbons as Paul uses on the duck cake ? and the depth size.

Try here http://www.fantasticribbons.com/. The wide ribbon is 15mm and the narrow ribbon is 10mm. Any online cake decorating store should have ribbons, also your local cake decorating shop, sewing and hobby craft suppliers.
