Hi everyone just joined Pauls sugarcraft school and still finding my way round the site…..not too brilliant with technology!! but does anyone else find the sound very low on some of the tutorials,I have to use headphones to hear it properly and yes I have the volume button as high as it will go!…..the sound on the music between lessons is quite loud though.

Hi Lynn

In the past some members have had sound issues but not lately. If you’re viewing some of the older tutorials there may still be a few sound problems. The site have been upgrading all the older lessons and may not have caught up on some of the back log. I listen to the tutorials through headphones and the sound is ok on my laptop. If you continue having problems, let Paul Doffman know, just click on the contact tab and you’ll find his email address. I hope it’s not spoiling your viewing too much.

Thank you for that.The only problem i have with the ear phones is they keep falling out!….must get some new ones! The courses are great have picked up quite a few tips already

Thanks for bringing this up. We are currently working through our backlog of videos to fix this issue. Hopefully we should have this sorted by the end of the month.
