Sponge filling
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone ever uses white chocolate ganache and strawberry jam as a sponge cake filling-and if so,does it work?! Making the Fairy Castle cake and have been specifically asked to include the jam.

Hi Kirsty1718, I’ve used this combination with both family and customers and never met any complaint. I personally thought it tasted very good! I’m pretty sure I remember reading that plenty of other members have used them together as well.x
I thought it would taste good but think I just needed a bit of reassurance! I’ve just found the white choc ganache tutorial where Paul uses exactly that too,so looks like I’m good to go.

Hello Kirsty. I used white chocolate ganache and raspberry jam for my friends daughters seventeenth birthday cake after watching Pauls tutorial. It was a huge sucess, everyone loved the taste. Go for it!
