Stand mixer

Hi everyone,

I have to finalise stand mixer to make buttercreams and for the purpose of creaming butter and sugar. There are so many options in market , few of them very expensive. I shortlisted two of them ” kitchenaid” and ” kenwood”
Since its one time investment and an expensive one , can anyone suggest me which is the best , and which model .

Your suggestions will be appreciated .

PS : I bought kenwood stainless steel KMC010 today but I might change it based on answers

Hi neha28

I’ve always used Kenwood, it’s a fantatic machine. My model is the titanium. These days I find the bowl capacity is way too big for my needs but it kneads perfect bread dough so it still has a place in my kitchen! There is lots of discussion on site on this topic. To see what other members have to say take a peek here:

I’m sure more members will add to the existing list. Good luck!

I have recently bought a Kenwood titanium and love it.I did a bit of research before buying and am certain I made the right choice.

Thanks MIWL and Woodysmum,

I have also bought Kenwood Titanium chef KMC010, it has 750W motor. It cost me around 400 CAD.
I bought it since it was on sale, but wanted to be sure before finalizing it . Don’t want to regret later that I could have bought something better with little more investment .

If you all say its fine then it’s Final . Thanks for your suggestions .

If you have time Neha it’s worth reading the comments in the link which I set in my earlier answer.
Remember that we are just giving your our opinions, other people may prefer other brands.
If you decide to keep your Kenwood, enjoy it, it’s going to last a very long time!
