I was wondering if I’m making sugarpaste decorations in advance, what is the best way to store them?

Once they are dry put them in a well ventilated cardboard box and store in a temperate room away from heat or steam sources like the kitchen. Don’t place them in an airtight box or in plastic boxes because they will sweat go limp.
