Hi, here in switzerland we do not have the golden caster sugar. What could I take instead of it.

You can use white caster sugar if there is no golden. Golden caster sugar is super fine unrefined sugar (still contains molasses.) To me it tastes slightly tangy in baked goods. White caster sugar is also super fine but which has under gone the refining process.
