Hi, I’m making a wedding cake for this Friday and I’m really worried that the sugarpaste will melt in this heat. It’s 30 degrees!! I’m ganaching the cakes and decorating with sugarpaste today, then going to take them to the venue tomorrow to assemble them. The cake will sit inside but the room is not air conditioned. Will it still be okay for two days? Will it help to have a fan to keep it cool?

The sugarpaste will be fine.make sure the ganache sets in the fridge first. A fan may help but not too close. To the cake in case it,s humid
