How do I make sugarpaste roses to cascade down a wedding cake

You can make them yourself using florist wire and attached them all together to make a spray and then drape them down the cake bending the wire to make the flowers sit in position using a little royal icing to attach.

But more recently I have bought in the spray as it is a lot more cost effective. My local cake shop just orders in what I need in what ever colour, flower etc.
