swiss buttercream with added ganache

I like swiss buttercream, and would like to know if its possible to add ganche the same way as adding to regular buttercream,

lovely to meet Mrs jones at cake international, as usual I spent too much but worth it.

Hi nicky223

There is no reason why you can’t add ganache to swiss meringue buttercream. Have a peek at my blog to see reasonable amounts of ganache to use here:
