How many portions would you expect to get from this cake please ?

Some where in video, or it may be in the baby reindeer cake tutorial, Paul says it gives approximately 40 portions. Obviously portions for such a lovely cake depends on how big a piece of cake is served. I would suggest making a small cutting cake as well which will increase portions if needed.
