Just wanted to thankyou for your help with the ganache on the wonky cake I made for a 40th birthday on Saturday. It was well received and I was told the chocolate fudge cake was nice and moist inside and the ganache lovely. I didn flavour the ganache in the end but it seemed to appeal to everyone despite this. So once again thanks for your support x
