Hi

Does anyone have a foolproof recipe for this cake please?

I’ve mastered the basics sponge and toffee but they want the bottom tier with this.

10” round probably.

That’s great! bake it up now so it starts to mature and feed it with brandy if you want every now and then. 🙂
