how will you store these cakes till Christmas please,
sorry to keep asking the obvious questions

Most people freeze the cake pop truffles and take out what they need to decorate. If you’re making them from fresh cake, nothing which has previously been frozen, they will freeze like any other cake for approx 3 months.
If making from previously frozen cake they must not be refrozen, same rules apply for cake as for any food. However they will keep in an airtight box in the fridge for a few days. If you type in the above search box ‘truffles’, there are other answers which you might find helpful.
