Tutorials not loading
Hi, I’ve had difficulty with a couple of the online courses not loading! Particularly on the Shimmering Wedding Cake, I was trying to watch the Silver leaf part 1 & Part 2 but neither were playing, it just said loading!
How long should I wait for them to load?

It sounds like you’re getting a lot of buffering. When I get this problem I minimize the screen for a while.
Your problem may be due to a slow internet connection. Have a look at some of the suggestions here:

Scroll down to technical support and click on ‘ what do I do if I can’t get the video to play’
You’ll find a series of suggestions to try and a speed check for your internet connection. If all the suggestions fail you, contact the site or email [email protected] and she will let the tech team know. For best support please say in full the problems which you are experiencing.
