Hi i want to know what type of sugar paste did you use for the monster cake. Is it a gum paste? thank you

Paul has used a combination of Satin ice fondant and modelling chocolate. Regal ice can be use instead of Satin ice. All the ingredients are listed in the ingredients tab under the tutorial.
