Hello 🙂
If I was to use Pauls gorgeous moist Chocolate Cake recipe for making cup cakes, how long would I bake them for??? Dont want to open the oven too soon and they flop?

If you put in the search box ‘Paul’s chocolate cake recipe for cupcakes’, there are a couple of answers which may be of help. I know there’s another answer from David somewhere on the site but I can’t find it for you, have been searching without success, perhaps you’ll have better luck?? x

I made the actual cakes the other day and my 6′ dipped slightly (just sliced the top off) and the 10′ was perfect. Absolutely delicious 😛 (I popped 2 flower nails in the 10′ and 1 in the 6′)
Will post the outcome of the cupcake trial on here once I have tried it.
Just new on here last week but LOVING it. Spent more time with Paul this week than my husband! lol

Welcome to the site, I know what you mean about spending so much time with Paul (hehehe, my hubby gets fed up with three in a bed!). This site is addictive. Looking forward to your cupcake feed back, other members have successfully converted the recipe. I’m no good at normal cupcakes so any tips will be gratefully received. x
