Hi I’m going to make the valentines choc box cake but I don’t have any cake lace or cake lace mat. Is there anything else I can use.

If you watch the video on other ideas http://www.cakeflix.com/box-of-chocolates-valentines-cake-other-ideas you can hear Paul’s suggestions on what to use if you don’t have the lace. Basically he has suggested using punch out flowers and textured mats, he explains better in the video.
