Wedding Cake (fruit cake)

Hi there,

I’m so glad I have finally found a site that can help with queries, as I am new to this site and just not long started out I really appreciate any help you can give!

I have recently been asked to make a 3 tier wedding cake, they want the bottom 10ich vanilla, the middle 8inch chocolate and the top 6 inch fruit! I was wondering if it is okay to half the top tier fruit with the weight a fruit cake can carry?! its my first wedding cake so I am doubting whether it can be done!

Also just out of interest how much would you charge for a cake like this, just to make sure on the right track!

Thanks so much! x
