Wedding Cake help!
Hi there,
I’m looking for some advice on making a friend of a friends wedding cake. She has asked for a four tier cake (6″, 8″, 10″, 12″)
two plain sponge (12″ and 8″) and the other two chocolate sponge. My first question is would you use cake drums for the all the cakes or just a cake drum for the 12″ cake and cake boards for the other cakes. I am also unsure what to charge for the cake. As I said, she wants a four tier cake that is pretty simple, just white suger paste to cover and co-coordinating ribbon around the tiers and that’s it. Any advice would be great.
