Hi im making 50/50 mix for my wedding flowers but the daisies are so fragile they keep braking ! Im so worried about putting them on the cake, as soon as i handle them ( they are wired) im sure they will break, please help

You could try kneading in some trex into the50/50 paste before cutting out the daisies. Trex will keep the paste soft, the flowers will be less brittle but can still be wired. Experiment with the quantity of trex to get the paste to a right consistency. The paste will retain it’s flexibility even though it firms up.
Best advice I can give is to make plenty of daisies to replace breakages. Would you be able to put them on the cake at the venue. I appreciate they are your wedding flowers and it would be a juggling act. 🙂
