Hi. Could anybody recomend a wheat cake recipe please. I have found lots gluten free but no wheat free one. thanks

Hi patonino, wheat contains gluten so every gluten free recipe is wheat free. Gluten is the protein of most grains – wheat, barley, rye. Corn is gluten free which is why it can be included in cake recipes. Gluten free flour is a mixture of various flours such as rice flour, maize, tapioca and buckwheat (which is different from wheat).
