Which brand of gum paste works like satin ice..Since Satin ice is out of stock from months now looking for some other brand options that works like it or something which is good enough. PME doesn’t work for me neither did Renshaw.

It has excellent reviews from the caking community and it is also the paste which Paul has been using lately.
The only way really is to either try recommendations or experiment with different brands until a suitable one is found. Alternatively make your own https://www.cakeflix.com/questions/clarke-baxter
or use half good flower paste such a Squire’s and half fondant. This can work out expensive depending on how much is required. There must be a supply problem for Satin Ice as it seems everyone is out of it.
