white choc ganache too hard
I have made my white chocolate ganache and left in bowl overnight. however its not like peanut butter..it has set quite hard! what should i do??

It can be softened in the microwave slowly. Do 10 seconds at a time . Mix it to distribute the heat until it it comes to working consistency.
Use a plastic bowl, glass holds the heat which could overheat the chocolate. Gently does it, decrease the seconds until you’re happy. ?
should it have been peanut butter consistency?? or doesnt it matter?
It has to be soft enough to spread without tearing your cake. If it’s too runny, it will slide off but it will begin to thicken to a spreadable consistency as you keep working it.
