Is it ok to leave cupcakes out on a stand in a cool room, with white chocolate ganache swirls on them. Or do they need to be kept covered to be safe?

Yes it’s fine to leave them out, they don’t need refrigerating or covering but if you do have a dome cover it will help prevent any dust paricles or insects settling on the cupcakes., plus the dome looks so attractive!
