How long will white chocolate roses keep for once made- need to make 80 for a wedding cake

Store all chocolate models including roses wrapped up in tissue paper in a cool place and they will last for months. Keep a record of the date on the actual chocolate you are making them from if you intend keeping them a long time. Hope this helps.
