why can i not get the tutorials i have paid for

why can I not get the tutorials that I have paid for as I understood they were mine to keep as I have paid for them know I find that if I want to look at them I have to pay again as a pensioner I cannot afford it and have wasted money that I cannot afford to lose

Hi, if you’ve enrolled as a member, and pay either monthly or an annual subscription, then you just have to make sure you sign in, using your username and password, then you will always have access to any of the tutorials, and certainly won’t have to pay again, until your subscription becomes renewable again. Hope this helps.

Apologies for the confusion with your membership.

I’ve checked through your account and it looks like you subscribed for an annual membership back on 3rd November 2011. Our annual membership runs for 12 months (as stated at the point of signup) and unfortunately we do not currently offer lifetime memberships.

During the 12 months of your membership you would have had unlimited 24/7 access to all of our courses.

If you have further queries please email our customer support ([email protected]) and he’ll get back to you straight away. I believe he has already replied to your previous emails, did you receive them?

no I have not recieved them but I should be able to go to the ones that I have paid for i am not interested in new ones only the ones I have paid for

I’ve just checked and Andy has sent two emails to you regarding your membership, they might be in your spam folder? No problem though, I’ll go over what they say here:

The site is a membership based site. Which means that you pay for a period of time and during that time, you are able to access our entire library of courses, both new and old. Once the period of your membership has expired, so does your access to our library of courses.

In your case, you paid for an annual subscription, which meant that you had access to our entire library for 12 months. Unfortunately, we do not sell courses individually and we do not sell access to a specific set of courses.
