Sue has a passion for beautiful, bespoke celebration cakes, wedding cakes and cupcakes. Her cakes are made with quality fresh ingredients and she works from her kitchen, at home in New Ferry on the Wirral, near Liverpool, England. She specialises in personalising cakes by making decorations by hand and always designs the cake that’s perfect for the occasion. Sue also teaches and demonstrates sugarcraft around the UK as well as Internationally. She has won awards and has had articles published in magazines. Sue is a fully accredited Tutor and Demonstrator using Patchwork Cutters.
